Umpiring Success

Congratulations to Caillin and Paul, two of our UDP umpires, who were awarded their ERNA Encouragement Award today!

It is not very often that umpires are recognized in this way during the UDP program, and certainly not both in the same day.

Caillin and Paul both started their UDP umpiring a few weeks ago with amazing skills and confidence. They have been keen to learn, and have implemented the mentoring advice received. They both have a very good understanding of the game, lovely court presence and good communication with the players.

Well done both of you! Keep up the great work!
