Congratulations to Eliza McKenzie

Congratulations to Eliza McKenzie who has been offered a place in ERNA Hawks U23 team.  ERNA Hawks Opens is the team that feeds into Swifts and Giants.  The U23s are the juniors that ERNA hopes will make it into the Opens team.

I know that all you will share the joy of Eliza's achievement.  Eliza has worked incredibly hard to make this team and the Western Sydney Netball Academy for 2021.  We are just waiting to hear if she has also made it into the NSW U17s where Eliza made it to final selections.

Eliza plays her last game as an ERNA U15 tonight and Marg and I will be there to cheer her on.  I think there will be tears of joy as our little girl leaves the nest and starts her new journey.

 

How clever was I to take a picture of Eliza at her first trial for U23s?
