Brush Farm Duties -Week 10

Below are the details of the duties as found in the fixtures book!
Brush Farm teams will be required to volunteer for Canteen Duty in Week 10 -Saturday 23rd June.
St Kevins have asked us to switch weeks with them as they have their school fete this week.
Please contact your Manager ASAP with your prefered time!. You may be required to miss some of your daughters game time but this is a once in a season duty so please step up and help our club. Your team Manager is not required to volunteer as they are already doing an important role for your team!
Carolina Skelton will be organising the roster and will be in touch with Managers this week for volunteers names.
8s play at 9.15 ( You will be required to do the 7.30 canteen before your game. Both 9s and 10s play at 11.45 which is the last game so your teams will be required to cover the later shifts.) between the 3 teams we need 3 people per shift in the canteen from 7.30-12.45.
7.30-8.30
8.30-9.30
9.30-10.35
10.35-11.40
11.40-12.45
Clubs which fail to do their entire duty will be fined (see Summary of Fines).
Please note: Duties are allocated according to the number of teams playing at Brush Farm.
Canteen Duty
Clubs on Canteen Duty must provide a total of three people for Duty at the Canteen. All people on duty must be 15 years of age or older and at least one must be an adult.
Morning Duty is from 7.30am until the finish of play.
Canteen Duties include:
- • Assisting the Canteen Supervisor as requested.
